How do we create a direct program service delivery and help clients to develop their own, new, and better ways to manage risk and harm? How can we help service organizations to become more client-centered?

Activist and community organizer Imani Keith Henry discusses combining his non-profit management and clinical social work experience with his political activism to bring a lens of anti-oppression to the work of developing organizations. Under the brand O.D. for the People, Imani provides Diversity and Inclusion change management services specifically for nonprofits, universities and small businesses. Learn about his experience building coalitions among communities of color, women’s, immigrant/migrant workers and lesbian, gay, bi, trans* and queer political movements.

Join Imani to learn from his experiences and strategies. Bring your own questions about how to create an authentic practice that is of service, both to organizational “clients” and your larger social values.

This event is sponsored by the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy
