Activist and community organizer Imani Keith Henry discusses combining his non-profit management and clinical social work experience with his political activism to bring a lens of anti-oppression to the work of developing organizations. Under the brand O.D. for the People, Imani provides Diversity and Inclusion change management services specifically for nonprofits, universities and small businesses.
