GPIA student and former Peace Corps volunteer Natalie Munday, is featured for her work with the Silkies of Madagascar. Produced by the Santa Fe International Folk Art Market, the film focuses on Natalie’s work creating a cooperative of women silk weavers which has now become a successful exporting operation for local design and handicraft.
Natalie continues to work very closely and intensively with the cooperative from New York and will be returning to Madagascar in January for a short time.
