GPIA Professor Sakiko Fukuda-Parr writes an op-ed about the challenges of creating new development goals. “MDGs: facing up to the limitations of global goal setting.” Professor Fukuda-Parr is the Development concentration chair for the GPIA Program and teaches Development Economics, Rights-Based Development, and Human Rights and Poverty: Case Studies.
